Changes to the Fundamental Rules that are listed in the lists attached to them that were made after the introduction of these rules will always be deemed to have applied to the services covered by the rule-making authority of the Governor General in Council on the date the Fundamental Rules came into force, according to notifications made by the Government of India in the Finance Department.
