Forwards, with remarks a memorial from the merchants traders, &c., of Rangoon, praying for the establishment of a High Court in British Burmah, together with copy of a correspondence relative to the establishment of Recorders` Courts for the Towns of Akyab, Rangoon, and Moulmein, and the appointment of Dr.Clarke as Recorder of the Court at Rangoon.
