In reply to despatch in the Judicial Department, No. 52, dated 9th November last, calling for the Report on Mr.Frith`s claim, as Assignee of R.Grant, deceased, against the late Native Government of Oudh, refers to despatch of the 8th October last, No.4 (Judicial).
