Approving of the arrangements made by the Major Graham, Boundary Commissioner, for the demarcation of the Bhutan frontier as reported in letter No. 12GT, of the 13th January, and requesting the submission of a report as soon as possible showing on what principles and with what- is demarcating and whether he has found and- with any Bhuteas.
