Reports the steps taken for conveying to the Maharaja of Travancore the - grant nominating H. H. to be a Kt. of the M. E. order of the Star of India- with communication hereafter the arrangements for the investiture of H. H. - for an account of the ceremony in the case of the Nizam or any other native foreign who have had His Honour conferred on them.
