Sanction to the Military Medical officer with the troops in Chitral drawing a charge allowance of Rs.50 for visiting charge of the civil medical work at Chitral, whether he is stationed at Drosh or Chitral; and to the Hospital assistant at Chitral being given a consolidated local allowance which shall using his pay up to Rs.80 p.m. (exclusive of Pashtu allowance)
