Forwards grants in favor of the members of the Orders appointed on 1st January/77 & rules quaintly; also warrants of dispensation and thirty one sets of Insignia of the First Second & Third Classes; and requests that the purport of the several documents be explained to the respective recipients, especially the Covenant for the restoration of the Insignia.
