Enquiry by Sahib Rama Nand, Financial Assistant to the Hon'ble the A.G.G. in Baluchistan, whether, in view of the decision communicated by the Govt. of India in the Finance Department letter No. F. 113/R.I./30, dated the 19th August 1930, to the effect that for the purposes of F.Rs. 22 and 30 a declaration as to the relative degree of responsibility of two posts should be obtained from the head of the administration or Government of India according as the posts are in the same or different departments, it is necessary for the A.G.G. in Baluchistan to approach Government of India every time in regard to appointment to certain posts under the Baluchistan administration
