Proposal for the continued appointment of Dr. Tara Chand as Secretary, Ministry of Education, for a further period of two years w.e.f. the 1.3.49 (Dr. Tara Chand would attain the age of 60 in June 1949). Decision it was decided that we should not raise any objection to the continuance of Dr. Tara Chand as a ecretary in the Ministry of Education beyond the age of 60 if H.M. Education and H.P.M. consider it necessary so to continue him
