Decision that the interst derive from the investment of the accumulation of the Sinking fund for the redumption of the Loan of Rs 14,30,000 granted by Government in 1869-74 to the Madras corporation for the water supply scheme should be credited to the Sinking Fund itself for increase at Compound interst and not appropriated by the corporation for the ependiture as decided in 1883.
