Sllish trhoish the British flag estates that the collector of customs put Bombay has refused to grant the usual part clearance & the ship is detained in Bombay honour with a Cargo-Society that orders be joint to the govt. of Bombay to grant the post clearance for the Cursetjee Cowasjee to proper Pap to enable her to trade from perk to part return the company limits.
