Letter no. 555 of the 16 January last submits for information copy of a reply received to a reference which was made to the Storse Guards an the subject of the order issued by Lt. General Lord F. Filzclarence, directing that Regiment that Regiemntal Courts Martial should be registered in the office of the Deputy Judge Advocate General.
