In consideration of the services rendered by Ensign F.W. Graham, of the 11th Regiment Native Infantry with the Ramgurh Horse eversince it volunteered for service in Pegu, where the Corps has been very usefully we have the honor to solicit santion to his appointment as Adjutant of the 1st Regiment Seikh Infantry although six officers are absent from his Regiment.
