With reference to mily deptt letter no 548 and 970 of the 15th and 28th novr 1853 and in cartinuation of the boards office commn. no 239 of 8th instt submits a bill amtg. to cash Rs 320 by the town major together with an origl certificated from the comdr. of the claiming donation for the recrmits who came in charge of the hourses in that vessels.
