Stating that he appealed againt the decision of a genl. court martial in a petition addresed to teh G.g. on the 18th inst. but finding subseauntly that he had inadvertannly omitted certain martial poits theirn he now respectfully them for the consideratin of Govt. shops tha he may be restored to his situation.
