In modification of para 3 of G.G.O. no. 511 of the 3rd October 1851, the most noble the Governor General in Council directs that whenever Govt. Carts & Cattle may be employed to carry stores from a magazine to any station Governor distant, the package if serviceable shall be returned by the Jame Covneyance unless the carts may be required to carry move valuable loads.
