In reply to Mily. department letter no. 373 of the 13th instant on the subject of proceeding the tropops at present serving under Brigadier Bird with supplies observes that under trhe circumstances represnted ther is crtain to be much difficulty in procuring supplies for the troops where are posted betweeen raneegange & Devghur.
