Transmits copy letter & c.a. from the Pension Pay Master Monghyr reporting that he received informatin in November last from 2 Men of that District that Family Pensioner Roopah is not the lawful wife (Widow) of the late Subadar Mohun of the 5th Native Infantry and that she is not therefore entitled to the pension.
