Transfer for disposal a despatch from the secy to the chief Commissioner Oude, representing the disorderly state of some of the 8th Regt. of Infantry transferred to bodies to the British army on the annexation of Oude, and reporting on the measure adopted in consequent which it is hoped will with the approval of government.
