With refrence to mily Department letter no 568 of the 18th may last submits for the information of Government and eventual transmission to the Honble the Courts of Director a Register of European non Commissioned officer and soldiers who have been trained at the thomson college for employments in D.P.W which has been furmished byt he principal of that institutions.
