Transmits a descriptive roll of certain non commissioned officers & soldiers advocated in the 2nd Deptt.of the civil engineers college at Roorkee Who have passed the prescribed examinations & have been reported to be qualified for the D.P.W. solicits that the alions men may be appointed in G.O. Asst.Overseers in the D.P.W. and placed at the boards.
