In reply to extt. no. 63 of the 4th inst. return the refernce from teh authority in aude therewith forwrded as to the wehther ther is any objection to a formal reconginstion of the claim of parties of th late bing of Aude servie to whom pensoin have been agrnated with obsevaiton tehron by the govr genl. in council.
