In continuation of his letter on the 16th August last, enclosing Draft of Examination test for admission into the Training School for regimental School Masters & Mistresses for the Bengal Presidency, Submits, for Consideration, some observations upon the staff which will be required and the rate of renumeration which will be necessary to secure efficient officers.
