With reference to Extract Military DEPTT. nO. 47 Dated 26th ultimo, details the office establishment drawn for by the assistant in charge of the Cattle farm Hissar in the month of March 1856 & requests that the Supdt. of Studs may be called upon to explain the descripancy between that & the Present Scale.
