With reference to Military Deptt. letter no. 152, Dated 5th Instt. states that the agent for army Clothing 2nd Division has been directed to comply with teh Indent for Clothing required for the use of hre Marine Sepoy's with the exception of sashes for the Havildars for which the specioal authority of Govts. is required if this article of Equipment's to be sopplied to the Marines biennially or quadrennially as issued to the Regiments of the Line.
