Solicits authority for passing extra Battalio amounting to about Rupees 22,788 to the troops which formed the camp of Excercise at Goonah last cold season for whom carriage was kept up by order of competent authority but as no order were conveyed to him in the mily Department such authority is necessary to enable him to pass the charges.
