In acknowledging the receipt of the document forwarded with docket no 223 of the 1st Instt. reports that the benares committee havings recorded that case of sewchurn late sepoy 3rd Infantry Hyderabad contingent , 3rd Degree specified in G.G.O of 30th april 1852. no 288 that individual is entitled to a wound pension in the 3rd Degree as above 20 years service or Rupees 4-13-0 per mensem.
