With refrence to mily Department letter no 595 dated the 21st april 1854. conveyings the sanction of Govt to the discharged by purchase of Gunner C.watts 3rd Battalion intendings that a reports has been received of the gunners deaths and requests that the discharged money be refunded for the benefit of his widow.
