In reply to Extract No. 173 of 6th Instant, (enclosures of which are returned,) request that the Military Deptt. will convey to Captain Brougham, Commanding the mountain Train 13 Attery, the acknowledgements of the G.G. in Council for the Good service rendered by him, and his Battery on the occasion of the expedition against the Rabeeah Kheyl Orukzyes in September Last.
