With reference to his letters No. 2517, of the 11th September 1852, and No. 860 of the 15th June 1855, his directed to acquaint his that the delinquent Koorban Allie, Sepoy of the 54th Regiment Native Infantry through whose testimony Emam Ally Khan Frandulty obtained admision to Family Pension Was discharged the Service under the Authority of his Excellency the Commander in Chief.
