Transmits certain papers noted within regardgn defiecnecy in the hospital clothing of H.M. 7th Fort and reusts him to ascertain and reprot to this dept. the exact amount of loss which will cause to teh state after the appropriation of the security of the old clothing towards teh resupply of deficient clothing.
