In reply to Mily Department no 240 of the 24th Instt a with a despatch from the Mily Secy to the chief Commissary punjnab proposing that permanent advance should be made to the commanding officer of light field Batteries to teh extent of Rupees 1000 and of Rupees 300 to comamnder of Infantry Regt.
