With refrence to mily Department letter no 730 of the 24th Instt. reports thzat captains tenis and simposon have been furnished with copies there of and called upon to expedite the transmission of their respective accounts as pay master and commissariat officer in pegn submits copy of his communication to Captain fenis on the subject of the arrears of his accounts of Ext ract of a further a letter on that matter as well as they as copy of copy of letter to the commissariat officer at pegn in evidence of every excertion havings been used by the officer of account mily Department to expedite the workings off of the heavy arrears of accounts that both those officer have allowed to accumulate and offer observations.
