With refrence to Mily department letter no 48 of the 1st Instt return the original Enclosure to which were transmitted with no 617 of the 22nd june and expresses the of the reply that was intended to have been sent but the draft of the reply has been milaid in his office reports that the madras and goraie have taken their departure.
