With reference to Military Deptt. Extract No. 80, of the 2nd Ultimo, states that Govt. are pleased to grant to Petamber Mitter, a Writer in the S.O. School Deptt. of the General Management of the Military orphan society, a Pension of 10 Rupees per month equal to the 1/2 of the average of his manthly salary for the last 5 years of his employment.
