In reply to his letter no. 737 Dated 19th Ultimo, observes that the Regulations do not Authorize Camps Equipage & establishment for the use of staff officer in the field, the issue of Tents for his ofice was an indulgence & it was never intented taht the expences for petching & c.a. was take care by the state.
