Purchase of a new set of boiler, engine and dynamos for the electric light installation on Ross at an estimated cost of Rs. 8,000 and transfer of the two existing boilers from it to the local Commissariat flour mills instead of purchasing new boilers for the latter at Rs. 6,200 (actually Rs.6,480) as sanctioned by the Government of India.
