Proposed amendment of clause 14 of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Regulation, 1876 (III of 1876), of amended by Regulations I of 1884 and IV of 1908, so as to provide for the settlement of civil disputes occurring in the Nicobars by executive orders passed by an officer deputed by the Superintendent of Port Blair, subject to an appeal to the latter.
