Decision that in future all postal etc sent direct from the united Kingdom to troops engaged on active service on the NWF shall be subject to customs duty in the ordinary way unless it is specifically decided hereafter on some particular occasion of filed service operations in India t give exemption from duty in some form as answer as a field service concession.
