Read a Despatch No 13 of 1858 dated the 3rd February from the Honble the Court of Directors forwarding Copy of a correspondence received fromthe board of Contral relating tothe despatch of the` Hamilla Milchell` from Demerara to Calcutta, with return Emigrants on board.
