Secretary - With reference to the office letter dated 14th December last forwards an Anonysuous petition in Bengale with an abstract translation there of forwards also Copy ofa communication from the Commissiner of Burdwan reporting on the result of an Enquery made by the Magistrate ofthat district into the allegations contained in the petition and as the comkplaint against Monlore Allie Abdul Furra has been pronounced by that officer to be false and maliceous no further requiry should be made intothe matter.
