To Secretary -With reference to the resolution of this Government dated 29th September 1857 respecting Medical attendance on the families of public servants transmits for information and guidance the accompanying copy of a dispatch No. 129 dated the 18th August 1858 from the Honble Court of Dispatch on the subject.
