Read a despatch from the Honble Court of Directors No. 14 of 1858 dated 1st September forwarding for promulgation in such manner as the Government may consider suitable the copy of a resolution passed by the General Court of the I. E. Coy held on the 30th August 1858 expressing the thanks of the Court of the servants and officers of the Cory of every rank and in every capacity.
