From Chief Secretary - In continuation of letter noted transmits copies of a further communication from the Commissioner of Scinde dated 13th Ultimo and its accopaniments on the subject of the exploratiar of the Coal Fields in Scinde with copy of a resolution passed by that Government dated 26th Idem.
