From Secretary - In reply to No. 870 dated 2nd Instant, submits a statement which has been furnished by the Civil Auditor shewing that Mr. R. P. Jenkins was entitled to privilege leave fro 3 months when he staited on Furlough adds that similar information will be furnished with all applications for furlough in future.
