From Secretary - With reference to letter dated 3rd Ultimo and Enclosure recommends the grant to Misser Byjenath the Banker of Bareilly, as desired by him on preference to the Assignment proposed in orders of that Government dated 8th December of a Jageer in perpatierly of lands bearing 15,000 Rs. annual Juma, to be hereditiry, but not transferable for the support of the head of the family on condition however of good behaviour - If not objected to by the Government suggests that the title of Rajah instead of Rao be conferred on MisserByjnath.
