From Secy - Ref. to office memo. of 17th August last forwarding copy of a letter of 9th ulto from the Board of Revenue with the 3 Vols. refered to containg the correspe. reqd. from the Govt. N. W. P. relative to the levy of a tex on the shopkeeper and request return of the volumes.
