From Secy- with ref. to letter hence of 30 March states that memo is annualy furnished by the Protector of Emigransts to the acctt Genl to the Govt. of India and that the expences of Emgration to the Mauritius and West Indies. are addugsetd in the books of that office in proprotion to the number of Emigration sent during the years to each of those places .
