To Director General of Post Office of India - In reply approves of his proposal to arrange with the Post Masters General Bengal and Agra the details of the change to be made in the 2 divisions of the Presidency in according with the plan of Mr. Bendm approves also of his intention to visit Madras and Bomaby for the purpose of revising the existing arrangements of those Presidencyies intimends that instructions will be isued to the Government Bengal and Arga to place the Post Masters under his orders and that the Post Office act can come into operation as soon as the Public have the means of providing themselves with stamps when the act will be passed authorizes his employing as a temporarly measure the establishment mantined in his last letter.
