Resolution - With reference to above Extract observes that the simplest way to remove the inconvenience complained of by the Military Auditor General would be to issue a G.O. from the Military Department directing Commanding Officers of Corps and detachments in forwarding Master Returns through the Post Office to frank the packets as Commanding officers and not as mustering Officers.
